My Rights as a Patient?

I had a C-section with my son because according to the doctor he was to big (8lbs 15oz)! Now I am 7 months pregnant and my doctor told me that the hospital i want to have my child in does not accep any VBAC’s. What can I do? I need advice ASAP! I am located in Miami-Dade County in Florida! Some please guide me ! What should i do first?
