Subscriber Services (formerly Information Services Director) has been revamped to process the needs of subscribers. She will work with Clarion Editor, Treasurer and ICAN Bookstore as needed.
This position is evolving, some tasks may be different.
-Subscription Processing
- Answering questions from professional and other subscribers
-Developing membership drives and encouraging women to join ICAN
-Tracking membership numbers and disseminating this to the Board and
ICAN’s subscriber base
-Tracking Board members and ICAN email address updates, including
Expiration
-Sending Thank you Letters to all Susbcribers, Queries and Professional
Subscribers
-Sending Renewal Letters To Subscribers Monthly or Quarterly
data entry skills, basic computer skills, weekly time availability
manual, working alongside one or more Board members
