“Remember, no effort that we make to attain something beautiful is ever lost.” –Helen Keller

What is a CBAC?

crying eyesCBAC stands for Cesarean Birth After Cesarean, or a cesarean that occurs despite the mother working and hoping for a Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC).

CBAC mothers have unique emotional needs. This website is intended to address those issues and connect CBAC women to avenues for further support.

Although a CBAC can be a challenging emotional experience, healing is always possible. Through sharing and mutual support, we can help each other on our healing journeys.

A CBAC Poem

You were strong enough to say No
But yet brave enough to say Yes
Accept that Victory

You embraced the pain
You fought exhaustion
But when it was time you knew what you had to do and did it
Accept that Victory

You were so so brave while they hurt you
You cried, you screamed, and you lived
Accept that Victory

You grieved through joy
You smiled through pain
Accept that Victory

You are not a failure
You are strong
You are brave
You are my Child and I say it is so.
Accept these Victories and let them be so.
