I’m Lia (she/her), a certified doula and childbirth educator working in Southern California since 2011. My first baby was born in 1998 and ever since, birth has been my passion: guiding, coaching, supporting, championing folks through pregnancy and labor. Both of my babies were born vaginally, unmedicated, but I’m a c-section baby (whose mother went on to have 2 HBACs) and VBAC is my specialty. I know first hand the impact of an unnecessary c-section and how familial attitudes toward birth can change the world. Let’s do this.
