I am a licensed psychotherapist who specializes in Maternal Mental Health. I moved into the specialty after my own difficult births including an unplanned c-section, TOLAC and a VBAC. I am passionate about helping women understand their birth trauma and move into healing that matches what they need for their bodies, families and future. Please contact me for a free consultation to learn more about me and how I work to help women.

I also offer a teletherapy option, which is available in Virginia, South Carolina, and Washington DC.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, tired, irritable, have no interest in things you once enjoyed for no reason or what seems like no reason? Has life just got you feeling overwhelmed and anxious? Do you feel like you can not manage stressors like you once could? Did you have a baby and started feeling overwhelmed, isolated, anxious or depressed?

If you are someone who struggles with life stressors, life changes, anxiety, depression, postpartum or parenting that you would like to improve then we will be the perfect team. If you want to make positive changes and be the best “you” possible, then there is no time like the present.

My goal is to pass tools along to others so that you can feel happier, more balance and fulfilled in all of the roles in your life. While I do have a very special interest in perinatal mental health, I also very much enjoy working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, parenting, difficulty with life transitions/adjustments and life stressors.

Also offering: Telehealth (video therapy) for Florida, Maryland and South Carolina Residents, Walk and Talk Therapy for South Carolina Residents, On-line groups/workshops
