5 Moons Doula offers professional birth and postpartum support in the CNY area. As a certified doula, I assist with birth planning, provide emotional support, and offer comfort measures during labor, whether you’re planning a vaginal birth, cesarean, VBAC, medicated, or unmedicated birth. After delivery, I offer postpartum support, including placenta encapsulation, infant care, breastfeeding help, sleep assistance, and household tasks.
